Between December 2024 and January 2025, we supported 200 families in Jharkhali Tridibnagar Balikhal by providing ducks and chickens as part of an alternative economy initiative. This effort aims to reduce dependency on forest resources and mitigate human-wildlife conflict, particularly in the Sundarbans region.
By promoting sustainable livelihood options, we hope to create a safer environment for both people and forest life. This is an ongoing effort, and we will continue to update on its progress and expansion.
